Once arrived, I will come out to the lobby and get you. If you have any questions about where you are going, please feel free to message me on instagram @glowaesthetically or text me.
Late Policy
Please text/call/message to notify in the event that you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This will also result a late fee of 50% of booked service or cut your service short, so as to not inconvenience clients scheduled after your appointment.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. In order to run the studio efficiently, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged till day of service or due to late cancellation. Please allow 24 hours advance notice of any appointment changes or cancellations. All appointments changes made within the 24 hour time frame will be charged 50% of the service. In an event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW, client will be charged 100% of service.
3 Strike Policy
If you book an appointment & fail to hold the appointment whether through cancellation or rescheduling for more than 3 bookings in a row, you will be banned from booking any future appointments with Glow Aesthetically.
